Trying to save a mere few hundred dollars today by opting for a "cheaper company" may end up costing you exponentially more in the long run. What am I responsible for on my project?
Once you hire JADA Roofing LLC, we will handle every aspect of your project from that point forward. We file all of the required legal permitting in the county where you reside. We deliver the materials including all roofing equipment, tools, shingles, dumpsters, etc. We also schedule periodic inspections to ensure that all work is being completed within the required local codes. More than likely you will see Jeff himself on your job supervising each step of the process...including the expected cleanliness of our laborers and job sites.
Are you properly licensed and do you carry liability and workers' comp insurance?
Yes we are and yes we do. CCC1331050 We are happy to provide you a copy of our current coverage.
Do you have past and present clients who are willing to speak with me?
Certainly. We are happy to provide you with a list of current and past client referrals.

What does GAF Master Elite status actually mean?

Do you offer any finance plans? What payment types do you accept?
We don't offer in house financing but we are happy to set you up with our finance partners at Ccino.
We accept Checks, Cash, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
How do I file an insurance claim?
We retain a Public Insurance Claims Adjuster that we work side-by-side with. He acts as a mediator (on our clients' behalf) with their own insurance company to ensure that they receive their maximum covered insurance claim.
If you prefer the DIY route, we have compiled a list of Insurance companies contact information. If you don’t see your particular company, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
What type of warranties do you offer on your work?
Majority of our repair projects are backed by the industry standard 1 year labor warranty. Should your particular warranty be of any other variation it will be notated as such in your written proposal and contract.
New roofs and reroofs are backed by our 10 year labor warranty. Products and materials used on your particular project will be warranted per manufacturers’ specifications.
