Jeff McCarthy
Meet "the bearded wonder" behind JADA Roofing, LLC. In 2010 Jeff actually walked out of his corporate comfort zone and into the roofing industry as a green-thumb. Under the leadership of a great friend and respected businessman who encouraged him to "go out and build the business", Jeff did just that. With over a decade of experience in operations management, he knew exactly how to structure and lead a successful team but the art of roofing was brand new to him. That said, it didn't take long for Jeff to realize that the roofing industry was indeed his career calling. With a steadfast determination to learn and master every aspect of the business, his hard work, fierce loyalty, and fiscal achievements soon earned him the position of Vice President within the company.
Fast forward six years to 2016... With the support and encouragement of trusted industry partners and colleagues, it was clear that the time had come for Jeff to "go out and build his own business." Although the organization JADA Roofing, LLC is newly established, rest assured that the man running the business is well versed in today's roofing market. His prior successes coupled with his unmatched dedication to superior customer service have led him to where he is today. Jeff's clients and colleagues alike will tell you that they've never met anyone else quite like him.
Happily married for 21 years to his college sweetheart, Jeff, Dawn, and their two boys reside in Middleburg. They are members of the First Baptist Church of Middleburg. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff lives to hunt. As long as he is breathing you can rest assured that he is dreaming of that next trophy buck!
Dawn McCarthy
Dawn McCarthy is the Vice President and CFO of JADA Roofing LLC. With a strong background in business and finance, she is the force that keeps JADA Roofing and The McCarthy Family operating proficiently day in and day out.
In addition to her countless JADA Roofing responsibilities, she is also happily married to the man behind the beard. They celebrated their 21 year wedding anniversary in June of 2020. Dawn is the proud mother of their two boys Austin and Ayden, a professional photographer and a food enthusiast. With a heart for entertaining she enjoys hosting dinner parties and celebratory events for work, family, and close friends.
Austin McCarthy
Austin McCarthy is the first “A” in JADA. He is Jeff and Dawn’s firstborn. The McCarthy’s believe strongly in having their boys master all sides of the business: finance, sales, and field.
Austin graduated from Middleburg High School in May 2020. He is currently studying to attain his Certified Building Contractor license in 2022. He has broad and honorable goals for JADA Roofings expansion over the next decade.
Austin studied carpentry throughout his high school career. He has been hands-on in the field since he was 16 years old and as an added bonus has been incredibly fortunate to apprentice under some of the most well respected and skilled carpenters in NE Florida.
Last year, Austin turned his focus to tackling the sales side of the business in order to round out his proficiency and polish his confidence with clients. His parents, peers, and colleagues alike are quick to confirm that Austin has an impeccable work ethic. His dedication to his clients continues to solidify his success. His parents are profoundly proud that he has a strong desire to eventually take over the family business.
Jason Frost
Jason is JADA’s very own hometown HERO. Serving our sacred nation through his dedicated time in the United States Navy from 1994 - 2009, JADA Roofing is honored to have Jason on our team as he is the embodiment of a proud American Patriot. JADA Roofing supports and appreciates ALL of our outstanding men and women who have served and are currently serving in our armed forces.

Jasons experience in the roofing industry began in 2012 on the tails of a hurricane. Being thrown into the roofing world during the aftermath of a hurricane is certain to test anyone's drive to succeed in this business. Jason learned the ropes in a crash-course-like atmosphere and ultimately decided to stick around. We sure are glad he did!! Jason takes his networking and community commitments seriously. Our clients value the trustworthiness and insight that Jason continually delivers as part of his JADA Roofing Client Experience service.
In his free time, he enjoys playing beach volleyball, fishing, golf, learning Spanish, fantasy football, grilling/cooking/baking, and the North Florida Packer Backer club.
Walker Kenny
Walker is truly like a third son to Jeff and Dawn. He has been a part of their family since his early teens. They are every bit as proud of him as they are their own two children.
Walker graduated from Middleburg High School in May 2020. He is currently studying alongside Austin to attain his Certified Building Contractor license in 2022.
Walker studied carpentry throughout his high school career. As a part of the JADA Team, he has been fortunate to apprentice under some of the most respected and skilled carpenters in NE Florida. However, the sales side of the business is where he shines.
Walker embodies that genuine “southern boy” charm that quickly resonates with his clients, putting them at ease. He focuses on delivering a consistent superior JADA client experience to each of his valued clients. Walker is respected by peers and colleagues alike.
Ashley Flowers
Ashley Flowers is our JADA Office Client Liaison. Ashley happily supports our valued JADA clients with quote requests, appointment scheduling, job production, client correspondence, and roof warranties. She is always a cheerful help to our entire team.
Ashley is a Middleburg native and proud mom of two precious children. During her downtime, she looks forward to creating cherished memories with her children, family, and close friends.
Ashley is a wonderful addition to our JADA team!
ALEXIS CORBITT
Alexis is our newest beautiful addition to the JADA Angels Office Team. She will cheerfully serve our JADA clients' from their initial point of contact for appointment scheduling straight through proposal preparation, contract correspondence, job permitting to project completion. We already know that our clients will adore her just as we do.
Born with the voice of an angel, she loves to sing. She is a master organizer…like she should have her own TV show, she's THAT GOOD!! In her free time, Alexis enjoys spending time outdoors and she ain't picky - she's just as happy in the woods as she is at the beach.
