Owner / President
Jeff McCarthy is the Owner and President of JADA Roofing, bringing more than 16 years of experience in the roofing industry and a lifelong connection to the state of Florida. A native Floridian who grew up in Jupiter, Jeff has spent more than 25 years living and working in Clay County, where he has built strong relationships within the community and developed a reputation for integrity, reliability, and exceptional service. Throughout his career, Jeff has distinguished himself through a commitment to quality workmanship and an unwavering dedication to superior customer service. His previous professional successes, combined with a hands-on leadership style and a strong work ethic, have helped shape JADA
Roofing into a company known for professionalism, trust, and customer satisfaction. Jeff and his family reside in Middleburg, Florida. He has been happily married for 23 years to his college sweetheart, Dawn, and values the same principles of loyalty, commitment, and long-term relationships in both his personal life and his business.

With a strong background in business and finance, Dawn has been a key driving force behind the company's success for more than a decade, helping guide JADA Roofing through consistent growth while maintaining a strong foundation of integrity, efficiency, and customer-focused service. In recognition of her impact and influence within the industry, Dawn was honored in 2023 as one of the Top 20 Women in Construction, an award recognizing professionals who are shaping the construction landscape through innovation, leadership, and outstanding professional achievement. Through her dedication and vision, Dawn continues to help lead JADA Roofing toward sustained growth while fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and excellence.
Austin Mccarthy
Operations Manager
Austin McCarthy serves as the Operations Manager at JADA Roofing, where he oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that every project is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. With a strong foundation built through years of hands-on experience, Austin plays a critical role in coordinating crews, managing project timelines, and maintaining the company's reputation for dependable service and craftsmanship. Austin began working in the field at just 16 years old, gaining practical experience and developing a deep understanding of construction from the ground up. Over the years, he apprenticed under some of the most respected and skilled carpenters in Northeast Florida, learning the value of precision, workmanship, and attention to detail. Austin brings a well-rounded expertise to JADA Roofing, with extensive knowledge in roofing sales, installation, repairs, and metal roofing systems. His hands-on background, combined with his ability to manage operations from start to finish, allows him to ensure projects run smoothly while consistently delivering quality results for customers.

Amy Rose serves as the Business Manager for JADA Roofing in Clay County, Florida, where she plays a vital role in the company's daily operations and long-term growth. She brings a diverse professional background and extensive experience across management, finance, human resources, marketing, and customer relations. Amy has developed a deep understanding of both the operational and administrative sides of the roofing business. With seven years in the roofing industry and leadership roles as sales manager for four different companies, Ethan has built a strong reputation for professionalism, product knowledge, and customer advocacy. A native of Palatka, Florida, Ethan brings a deep understanding of the local communities and the unique challenges homeowners face with Florida's weather and roofing systems. Over the past six years, he has developed extensive experience working with insurance claims in the roofing industry, helping homeowners navigate the claims process and ensuring they receive the coverage and quality workmanship they deserve. Known for his integrity and attention to detail, Ethan takes tremendous pride in his reputation. He believes that his name represents a promise of quality and accountability. Jason Frost serves as a Roofing Estimator at JADA Roofing, where he brings a strong sense of dedication, discipline, and service to every project he undertakes. A proud veteran, Jason honorably served in the United States Navy from 1994 to 2009, demonstrating the commitment, leadership, and integrity that continue to define his professional approach today. JADA Roofing is proud to have Jason on the team, as he exemplifies the values of hard work, reliability, and patriotism. Jason began his career in the roofing industry in 2012 following a major hurricane event, gaining valuable experience in storm-related roofing assessments and restoration projects. Since then, he has developed extensive knowledge in roof inspections, project evaluation, and accurate estimating, helping homeowners and property owners navigate the roofing process with confidence.
